Dr. Bose is Peter S. Kalikow Chair in Presidential Studies at Hofstra University and Director of Hofstra’s Peter S. Kalikow Center for the Study of the American Presidency. She earned her undergraduate degree in international politics from Penn State University (1990), and she received her master’s (1992) and doctoral (1996) degrees in politics from Princeton University. Her current research focuses on the changing role of the United Nations in American foreign policy.
